1. Who this is for
Our services are designed for users in the United States. If you access or use 41 Degrees from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk. We do not currently represent that the product or these practices meet privacy laws outside the United States.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the site or beta, we may collect:

- Account and usage information if you are invited into the beta product.
- Content you upload or enter in the product (such as documents, invoices, pricing information, recipes, or inventory-related data), as needed to provide the beta.
- Basic technical information (such as browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited) for security and site operation.
3. How we use your information
We use information you provide to:
- Operate the website and beta product.
- Communicate with you about access, updates, and support.
- Improve 41 Degrees software and sites — including debugging, product design, quality, and feature development.
- Protect the security and integrity of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show or share your business content with other customers or the public. We do not use your content for advertising, marketing to others, or any purpose other than operating and improving our software and sites.
4. Sharing
We may share information only as needed with trusted service providers who help us run the site or product (for example, hosting or email delivery), under obligations to protect it; if required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale), with appropriate safeguards.
We do not rent or sell your waitlist or account information to third parties.
5. Beta / free test
41 Degrees is currently offered as a free beta. Features, storage, and availability may change. Data you enter during beta may be used only to operate and improve our software and sites, as described above.
6. Retention & security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, beta operations, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you (such as waitlist email), subject to legal or operational limits, by contacting us using the details below.
